The rates do not include odyssey Contract fees
The rates reflected are mostly guidelines and would be dependent on the problem at hand. The rates are payable
upfront or at the start of every month, again dependent on the package selected. It must be noted that the downgrading of a package can only take place after a 6 month period.                                                                                                                                                                      
All payments can be made via E-wallet or EFT.
The EFT Payments do however take a little longer to reflect but will probably be more suited to a monthly contract.
Please note that if you call us or message us during the day and we can only see to your problem after trading hours,
be it online or a call out, the normal working hours will be charged. There could be numorous calls on the same issue the rates will be charged accordingly.

We believe in great customer relationships and in order to achieve this we are transparent with our clients.
Should you or ourselves feel at any time that the relationship is not working due to a service, no deliverable or verbal abuse, the contract can be mutually terminated.
